Someone broke our Community Rules or the HL2RP Server Rules ? Then thanks for reporting here the bad behaviour, we are going to make sure to apply the right sanction if needed. Our goal is not to punish but to solve a problem so it won't happen again. Normally an admin or a moderator would be active on the server but as we're humans we're not full time available online so we count on your reporting to make this community safe !

Once you posted this serious thread a member of the administration or moderation team would take a look and would confirm what are the rule(s) who had been breached and a justified punishment would occur.
Often, people who get permabanned would make an appeal on the forums.

- Username of the defendant (the person you're asking a ban for):
- The STEAM ID of the defendant (or a link of his STEAM profile):
- What rules had been broken that deserve a BAN ? (Could be multiples, the more, the worse ban it is going to apply),
- Is the person you're reporting already got warned or banned previously ? (The records are from the MelonRP Panel),
- Can you give a precise dates and hours of the infrigment(s) ?
- Can you provide a list of people that were involved and can provide an input ? They can reply on your ban request.
- What are your evidences ? It could be screenshots, videos, logs that are retreacable...
