as stated in the title allow speaking other languages as long as YOU do speak English, making it a Combine law would fit better into RP instead of making a admin sit- Barry

Idea accepted If the enchanced citizen models get implemented should allow more rebel customisation
Make rebels customization more fancier so like you can wear different clothing but you need to have the rebel arm badge and those types of rebel pants kinda in this image (practically make it obvious you look rebelish)- Barry
