Thanks for the feedback. As it stands, Civil Protection primaries are tightly gated: the MP7 is only purchasable during a Judgement Waiver and for I2+ ranks, the SPAS-12 isn’t issued or sold to CP, and frag grenades aren’t in the CP requisitions. VICE may get situational crowd-control tools depending on what’s happening, but not a blanket pass to SPAS or frags. Overwatch is different: MACE spawns with the SPAS-12 as part of its loadout, ECHO carries an MP7, and higher OTA ranks can requisition frag grenades with limits and cooldowns.
Availability also shifts with the City Code, Civil Unrest or JW unlocks certain gear for deployment. We’ll see how matches actually play and adjust from there; if balance or flow calls for it, we can open MP7 access to more senior CP, consider tightly controlled SPAS access in specific scenarios, or tweak the City Code gates, cooldowns, and rank thresholds. Everything is tunable.
