Combine Loyalty Programme (CLP)
“Compliance is rewarded.” This post explains how loyalty points work on our server—what they are, how to earn/lose them, who can grant them, and what benefits they unlock. What are Loyalist Points?
Loyalist points are a persistent stat for your character that measures cooperation with the Combine. They are not spent like money. Instead, your total passively boosts your standard ration payout (more tokens) and its nutrition (more hunger restored). Points save between sessions for that character. In short: play along with city directives, help with sanctioned work (e.g., laundry, factory), and you’ll earn a better ration over time.
Benefits (Bonuses applied to standard rations)
Base values depend on the ration type and current economy tuning. The bonuses below are added on top of the base payout and base hunger restore.Token Bonus by Loyalty Threshold
| Your Loyalist Points | Extra Tokens on Ration |
|---|---|
| > 10 | +2 |
| > 20 | +6 |
| > 40 | +14 |
| > 60 | +20 |
| > 80 | +40 |
| > 100 | +60 |
| > 120 | +80 |
| > 140 | +100 |
Hunger/Nutrition Bonus by Loyalty Threshold
| Your Loyalist Points | Extra Hunger Restored |
|---|---|
| > 10 | +1 |
| > 20 | +2 |
| > 40 | +6 |
| > 60 | +8 |
| > 80 | +10 |
| > 100 | +18 |
Notes:
- Typical base hunger restore is ~38 for citizen rations and ~50 for CP rations; the listed bonuses are added on top.
- CWU payout rations follow a different path (they pay accrued CWU wages and skip loyalty bonuses).
- Each tier level of Loyalist Points provides the expected Extra (Tokens/Hunger) and the maximum is the last line of the tables.
How to Earn (and Lose) Points
- Automatic awards from specific, sanctioned activities. Example: completing a laundry work shift grants a small amount to each participating worker.
- Manual awards/deductions by authorized personnel (see below). These cover noteworthy cooperation, informant reports, extraordinary service—or penalties for infractions.
Floor/ceiling: Points can’t go below zero. All changes are logged.
Who Can Grant/Remove Points?
For accountability and to prevent abuse, only the following roles can change loyalty totals:- Civil Protection Command (DvL, DcO, CmD)
- City Council
- CWU Minister
Staff Commands (for authorized roles)

Ration Punishment (Beware!)
When you switch team (to or from any faction), your character gets a temporary ration “money lock”:- Duration: 5 minutes from the moment of a successful team change.
- Effect: Your next ration(s) during that window give 0 tokens. You still get the food (hunger restore) but no token payout, so loyalty bonuses don’t apply to money during the lock.
- CWU paycheck exception: If you have a CWU paycheck waiting, that payout is still delivered — the punishment only flips off the normal ration token payout path.
Checking Your Points
Your current total appears in the ATM UI as “Loyalist Points”.RP Guidance & Examples
- Reporting contraband or assisting CP during operations → small to moderate awards.
- Consistent, high-quality work in city services (e.g., laundry, sanitation) → small recurring awards.
- Provoking disturbances, aiding resistance, or deceiving authorities → deductions and/or punishment status.
FAQ
Do points transfer between characters? No—points are tied to the character and persist for that character between sessions. Can I spend loyalty points? No. They’re a passive stat that improves your ration.
Can anyone hand out points? No. Only CP Command, Council, and the CWU Minister.
I didn’t get a bonus! Check if you’re under ration punishment, or if you’ve not yet reached a threshold.
Will thresholds change? We may adjust for balance. Any changes will be announced.
Changelog & Balance
We’ll keep the programme under review. If you believe an award/deduction was incorrect, open a ticket with time, context, and witnesses/log references.Serve the City. Earn your keep. Enjoy better rations.
