as stated in the title allow speaking other languages as long as YOU do speak English, making it a Combine law would fit better into RP instead of making a admin sit

Back in the days if a Combine hear you speaking another language he could arrest you but I don't remember the sentence to justify the arrest. Not complying or something ?

As for me English has always been the official UU lang.
