This guide should help you if you encounter some problems with the contents:​

First of all:

1. You just need Garry's Mod, recently they included Counter Strike: Source content by default so you don't even need to own this Valve game.

3. Once Steam downloaded the files, shut down Garry's Mod and restart it again. You should be able to play !
