Whitelist Ceremony — Simple, Fair, Frequent
As you know, we don’t do long, boring whitelist applications. We keep it simple!
Every 2 weeks or once a month we’ll host short, in-character whitelist ceremonies at a known spot on the map. The idea is to grant whitelists to disciplined, motivated roleplayers who want to play their role properly. More than one role can be granted during an event (we know people aren’t available 24/7).
Where: CWU Building, next to the Hospital, just in front of the Trainstation entrance — ceremony will be broadcast from the Camera Room
Host: I’ll be playing the Consul for this very first event. Future ceremonies will be led by newly whitelisted players (rotation/hand-off).

Next Ceremony
When: Friday the 31th of October at 20:00 Brussels time (UTC+1)Where: CWU Building, next to the Hospital, just in front of the Trainstation entrance — ceremony will be broadcast from the Camera Room
Host: I’ll be playing the Consul for this very first event. Future ceremonies will be led by newly whitelisted players (rotation/hand-off).
What Can Be Whitelisted?
Short version (no spoilers, no grind):- Civil Protection (CP): rank access (up to leadership depending on event), plus VICE (SpecOps) when relevant.
- OTA: rank access for active, reliable combat roleplayers.
- CWU: Minister / Work Shift Leader for players who want to run the civilian economy.
How It Works (10–15 minutes max)
- Brief IC introduction and quick OOC reminder of server rules.
- Short interview to confirm you understand the responsibilities of the role.
- Instant whitelist if approved, with a 60-second “what you can/can’t do” brief.
- Group photo, hand-off to the next host for the following ceremony.
How To Prepare
- Show recent good conduct (no active bans, no recent serious warnings).
- Know your basic radio/discipline for CP/OTA; know shop/req basics for CWU.
- Have a simple IC motivation. No essay needed — a few sentences is enough.
